CONDITIONerd believes that everyone should reach their full potential, and how you take care of yourself is a large part of that vision. Fitness requires a dedication to body and mind in order to reach that full potential. We want to help you reach that potential, without violating your privacy.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we may collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture (if provided) may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload any media files to the website, you should avoid uploading any media with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. We may collect information related to uploaded media such as IP address and demographic information for tracking or incidentally collected via technical mechanisms.

Please ensure you do not upload any media that contains this type of information. We do not want it.

Contact

A ‘Contact Us’ link may be included on the site or in other platforms, should you want to reach out to us. Otherwise, our social media links are available across the site for you to contact us through those channels.

When you use these features we will collect information you provide to us willingly such as email addresses, names, phone numbers, age, and other associated information prompted for and entered by you. These are used for customer service purposes and never sold to a third party.

Incidental information related to your submission may also be captured such as IP information, location, and other technical information related to your submission.

We do our best to respond to all feedback, questions, and other contact entries. The ‘Contact Us’ page is where you can request retractions or changes to published materials.

Cookies

Our service providers and we may collect information automatically when you use the Website or interact with our emails or digital advertisements through the use of automatic data collection technologies including cookies, web beacons (also known as pixels) and other technologies. Cookies are small files typically placed on the hard drive of your computer. Web beacons are small electronic files that may be contained in our Website pages, digital advertisements, and emails. These cookies may last for up to one year.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

Other than those legally required disclosures to govt agencies, no one. We aren’t Facebook. We don’t like our data being sold, so we do not sell yours.

We do, however, use Google analytics for traffic measurement, performance, audience, and marketing purposes.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely, or until the comment is deleted. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Contact information is stored in a contact database until you request a removal or 6 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.

Cookies are automatically removed after a period of time (usually less than a month).

Client information is stored for the duration of their purchase plus a year, any legally required period of retention time notwithstanding.

User data stored as analytics are stored for 2 months by default.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, have provided contact information, made any purchases (either training, from the website store, etc.), or have left comments, you can request a removal of any data you have provided to us.

This does not include any data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Visitors who purchase items from the store have their data forwarded to the fulfillment center.

Visitors who purchase a program have their data held in the training service provider platform.

Visitors of the website or recipients of marketing emails have their data sent to Google for analytical and tracking purposes.
